With a tip of the hat to Sergio Leone notice the killer's dial tone , the movie gets unexpectedly deep in its exploration of revenge, just as lines blur between the roles the characters play. And it is interesting how the movie plays with time, especially with the climactic sequence in an anachronistic setting.
